App Store Privacy Policy.

This privacy applies to Addax Consulting’s Intelligent PDF Merger utility (previously named Smart PDF Merger) on the MacOS AppStore.

Information We Collect

Except for diagnostic information for hunting down pesky bugs (see below), our app doesn’t send us any information about you when you use it. Our software does, however, rely on features provided by the MacOS operating system, which has it own privacy policy. The App Store also provides us with metrics and analytics about app installations, and those too are dictated by Apple’s own separate privacy policy.

Crash Reports & Support

To help us fix bugs in our software, when our app crashes you might might get the option to send us crash report information to diagnose the issue. In contacting us about support issues, you might agree to send us operating system logs and other diagnostic info related to the application. MacOS and the App Store also provide facilities for us to inspect crash logs for our app. All of this diagnostic information might contain sensitive user data, and we might hold onto them indefinitely unless you email us and request otherwise.
